Quarter tones and multiphonics are best done by using appropriate fingerings. I've never seen a chart on the internet for these, but I've seen them in some books on clarinet playing.

Glissando is discussed regularly on the Clarinet forum at http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/BBoard

If you search there, you'll find endless discussions of how to do a good gliss.

If you can roll your r, you can do flutter tonguing.

Pronounce the word "Tu-ka-tah" and triple tounging is not far away,
I can't roll "r's"
Quarter tone is not possible with most notes. Try alternate fingerings---experiment. This seems sloppy, unneeded.
Glissando--just practice every note you want in your glis. and play them very quickly in order. Usually just whole notes. Occasionally may need to include the half steps. I use to be able to glis every half step on the instrument (going up, but not down)in about two seconds.
Multiphonics, as I understand you, are just the sooppy overtones that I have always tried to avoid.

1. Double tonguing: pronounce "tu-kah" without changing your embechure.
2. Triple tonguing: as mark said, "tu-ka-tah". Again, don't move your jaw, only your tongue.
3. Flutter tonguing: Many people say "roll you R's", and although this is true, it often forces the tongue to vibrate too close to the reed. try obtaining a steady "rolled R" about halfway down your mouth.
4. Quarter tone: many can be done using your embechure. You have to have complete control over the note you play as it requires a different feeling of playing.
5. Glissando: This is really fun if you can do it! 80% of poeple say "use your fingers really fast" but using your embechure is twice as effective, as gives a unique clarinet sound. by regulating the air in your embechure, its possible to gliss either incredibly fast (about .5 sec for an octave) or as long as you like, to create dramatic effect. email me if you want to know more on this one.
6. Multiphonics: you have to practice your overblowing and underblowing for this one to work well. for the lower registers, you can cheat and lift the left hand index finger to create the second harmonic. higher registers are easier as there is less clarinet to work with.
