 Linton Oboe

I am looking at a Linton oboe for my daughter. She is a 2nd year player and would like to have her own instrument. The one I am looking at does not have a bell key. Is this important. What about the brand? Is it worthy of my time?

You better choose an intermediate instrument (with the key on the bell and left F key min.)
For my experience good brand of oboes are Buffet Crampon, Marigaux, Loree.
