 basic fingering position

to whom it may concern please give me a basic fingering positioning of the saxophone so i can at lease no how to hold it propertly. thank you for your time .

hello,
ok beginning with your left hand...you put your thumb on the black key in the back (just underneath the trigger key) and then your index finger goes on the key right underneath the top key (the one that bulges out), then with your middle finger, skip the little key underneath your index finger key, and the next one is where your middle finger goes, and then your ring finger goes on the key beaneath that, while your pinky goes on the top key of the cluster. now with your right hand, which is a little more obvious, your 3 fingers (index, middle, ring) go on the 3 keys, while your pinky controls the 2 keys beaneath the ring finger, and the thumb goes under the thumb rest behind the sax!
