Uhmmm your mother is way out to lunch on this one.. you won't change at all appearence wise.. and if anything your hearing will get better because you'll be training your ears to the pitches.. who ever told your mom that might just be in a mental hospital.. suffering from delusional paranoia.

hey im trying to buy a saxaphone and i dont know were to find one .so would probely know were to find a saxaphone but if you dont thats fine
