Is it true ( i don't think it is)that if u play your clarinet with lets say the bell missing it will mess up your clarinet? If you are flat or sharp on your clarinet which cork do u pull or push?

It won't damage the clarinet to play it with a part missing, but it won't play in tune.
You can flatten the clarinet slightly by pulling out the joints at the barrel (the short featureless bit next to the mouthpiece). THat's what the barrel is there for. You can even buy special barrels with a mechanical gizmo that lengthens or shortens them. But only a very small adjustment in pitch is possible.

This won't mess up your clarinet physically, but it's better to practice how you would like to perform. It's good to get used to playing with everything on your instrument. If you are sharp or flat, you either pull out or push in the barrel from the rest of you clarinet.
