 Music Workshops/Camps for Doublers?

I was wondering whether there are any music workshops or camps where you can get to play more than one instrument, like clarinet and flute.

I will be going to a jazz workshop where I'm sure they'll let you peform on horns other than the one you registered with, but I was thinking more on the non-jazz side of things e.g. chamber music camps, etc.
