 Older key system Cabart

I picked up an older Cabart with a left C sharp key, which I hadn't seen before, as the fourth key in the left pinkie cluster. It otherwise looks like a semi-auto conservatory missing only a couple trills and the left F. I'd love to know if there is a name for this key configuration or any other history. Thanks-
