 IDRS Streaming Videos

Is anyone here a member of the IDRS? If so, has anyone tried watching the streaming videos on the website? I just joined, and I tried watching the 2003 Gillet video, but it said Access Denied, even though I was logged in. On other videos, I was able to acess them, but the video never played. Quicktime came up, and said "negotiating" and then "requested data" but no picture or sound played. I DLed the latest verion and the same thing still happens.
