This is actually an English Horn question...is anyone familiar with the history of Debussy's Rhapsody for Alto Sax? Specifically, did Debussy himself transcribe the work for EH, or did he sanction this transcription? Or, in fact, was it done by a music publisher, which thus means this is simply a work arranged for English Horn...? I read a few liner notes and they're a bit vague when it comes to this disinction. Thanks!
