 Information on Giglio Oboe

I found an oboe online for sale that I am not familiar with. The bell and both joints are marked "Giglio" in large script and then "Pare'-Como" in block letters underneath. Is anyone familiar with this brand? Is it a stencil? This particular instrument is full conservatory, no 3rd octave or Bb resonance. The instrument has serial numbers but unfortunately they weren't photographed or provided. Also, did not find it listed on oboe.us. Thanks!
