At the end of the first movement of the Mason Jones arrangement for wwq of four movements of Ravel's Tombeau de Couperin there is a tremolo on A clarinet from clarion Bb to the D above. It is very exposed and it needs to sound refined, not raucous (like the fingerings I've found so far). Any suggestions?

Hah, just had time to try some alternatives to my previously mentioned normal fingerings suggestion. These seem to work on my R13.
1. Play Bb with the lh sliver key, then play D open but with pitch raised by adding the first two rh trill keys and, if needed, leaving the lh sliver key pressed.
2. Play Bb as in the Ab trill fingering, that is, Ab with the r. index open, then D by closing the first two rh fingers and adding the rh pinky key normal for D.
