Hey, I’m helping search for a Bassethorn this week to rent (Instrument) for Mahler/Mozart in Berlin Philharmonic Hall.
Orchestra has great Insurance and pay.
For an Orchestra that an online Student of mine plays 2nd Clarinet with.
Anyone?

Didn’t ReedandSqueak just announce that they are renting professional instruments?

FWIW, the Philadelphia Orchestra just finished a series of Mozart performances where they used 3 bassethorns (for the Masonic Funeral Music). I think they own at least two of them. I've rented a D clarinet from them in the past. Maybe they'd rent a bassethorn.

There's a place in Paris that rents them. I have reservations about them that I don't want to discuss publicly, but you can get in touch with me at my personal e-mail address if you need to.
