I placed an order a few days ago with my old standby, Van Cott Information Services. But I got no email order confirmation and no reply to an interrogatory email. Did I just send $50 into the netherworld? Is Van Cott still an active merchant? No disrespect, just asking.

Just a few weeks ago I bought some Crusell Concertos from Van Cott and received excellent service. You should send him an email messasge.

I just ordered and received something from Gary last week. So he's still in business. Are you sure when you clicked the icon to place the order that it was actually placed? There should have been a confirmation page from the website right after you placed the order (which would include a confirmation number).
I usually get very quick replies from him to emails. There is a phone number on his website as well.
