Buddy DeFranco dies

Sad news: the great jazz clarinet player Buddy DeFranco has died at age 91. Here is the link to his New York Times obituary:

DeFranco sounds amazing and plays some great lines. Along with Buddy the line up is:

Double Bass: Ray Brown
Clarinet: Buddy De Franco
Piano: Oscar Peterson
Drums: Buddy Rich

Talk about an amazing group of musicians. It doesn't get any better than that!
