Metal Greville clarinets were chromium plated. Do any brands now use chrome plated key work ??

I doubt it. Chrome is brittle, and can't stand much flexing.

Some Italian clarinets used chrome plated keys. Buffet RC bassoons also had chrome plated keys as they're slippery which is ideal for bassoons and some older Fox bassoons also had chrome plated keywork.
Not all that nice to look at - kind of cheap looking. Think of kitchen ot bath taps or shower heads.
I think some Olds trumpets or cornets were also chrome plated - it gives a durable shiny finish that needs little maintenance to keep it looking shiny. It's got a blueish tinge to it whereas nickel plate has a browny-yellowish tinge (and nickel plate will turn dull grey under certain conditions).

And chrome is very slippery under the fingers.
However Jack Brymer had at least one of his early 1010s chrome plated as his fingers were apparently quite corrosive. I did see that instrument at the end of it's life and yes it did look a bit tacky.
