hi, I have a buffet serial # 929563, and Im having a hard time determining model or year. Any ideas?

Sounds like an E-11. Look for "Made in Germany" at the top of the lower joint. I don't track serial numbers - but I'm guessing it is fairly recent.

Yes it does say Made in Germany at the top of the lower joint. so, would that make this an E-11? Would pictures help? The top joint does have the buffet logo on it, but it's real faded or rubbed mostly off or something. I don't see a model logo under the buffet logo?

I was checking my serial numbers for clarinets I have had in the shop. E11 France clarinets start with the letter "B". The E12F clarinets are all 1xxxxxx. numbers. E11's are very, very, common. Pictures with some close-ups could help.
