 Dealing with Ton Kooiman. Excellent service.

A few weeks ago I wrote to Ton Kooiman asking if there was an Australian agent from whom I could buy a couple of mounting plates for his thumbrest, as both of mine had problems with the screws pulling through the holes. Today I received, at no charge, 3 replacement mounting plates and sufficient screws of their revised pattern, which are intended to eliminate this problem. Service like this is uncommon today, and I cannot recommend Ton Kooiman and his excellent products highly enough. Excellent service in support of an excellent product.
