Hello,
I'm planning a concert with the Brahms and Beethoven trios in a few months. I wonder if anyone has played a good encore work (not too long) for that combination, maybe something jazzy (the pianist and I improvise professionally). Thanks.

There are two D'Rivera trios that might best fit your needs:
Ladies in White
Invitacion Al Danzon
The second piece is a great encore.
Otherwise there is a Muczinsky, and a Rota that come to mind. Not jazzy, but fun.

What about a Piazzolla? There are some arrangements for clarinet, cello and piano, as well as violin, cello and piano...
