Yes, but the metal sighn of "festival" is placed upper than normal, I know the same have philipe cuper, maybe someone know why?

If it was only that shot, I'd guess it was photoshopped to stop the festival badge being cut by the bottom of the picture.

The badge has been moved. My guess, like John, is that it was photoshopped. They are probably laughing their butts off knowing there are clarinet geeks all over the world trying to determine what model clarinet that is..
