I have been trying to contact Conn-Selmer USA about some replacement parts for a clarinet, but have had no luck reaching a real human being. Anyone know how to talk to a human over there?

In the past, the Conn-Selmer parts department has been awful. Also they do not stock parts for older instruments. I just steal a part of an old body if I can. Also some parts are available from a different supplier, but they only sell to repair shops.
What part are you looking for?

Thanks for the info. The clarinet is a Leblanc/Backun Symphonie (fairly recent), and I am trying to get a couple of the plastic/teflon "adjustment screws," as well as one of the "adjustment tools." these are for a clarinet I just sold, and the new owner asked me to see if I could get them.
