 This website lists a large digital collection of works for clarinet, mostly by Italian composers but not exclusively.  According to the website, you can e-mail them to request a copies  of any of the listed works.  They may be free but I rather suspect they are for sale.

 Just email him from the website.  He'll tell you to send it through paypal, and he'll send you a copy of the score.
