Anyone got experience of these?

I'm looking to get a spare Eb for outdoor (esp winter) gigs to save risking my good instrument and the JP223 looks - superficially at least - to be decent value.

Has anyone got experience of playing these? Where on the spectrum of decent basic instruments to clarinet-shaped-objects do they sit?
