I recently bought Guisganderie by Maurice and Faustin Jeanjean for clarinet and piano and I need help on what fingerings I should use that would be either more in tune or easier to get out.
The first thing is from F6 to Bb6 then G6 to C7.
The second is G6 to A6 then chromatic to C7.
I'm about to be a senior and I would love to play this song for my senior recital. The fingerings I know now are either really out of tune or hard to get out clearly.

This is a really wonderful piece. Playing this as a senior is a great compliment to you.
Depends highly on your mouthpiece, reed, and the horn you are using. Based on the finger chart you provided this key placement in my opinion will be slightly flat.
Can you let us know what setup you are using?

one possible combination you could try for F6, Bb6, G6, C7 is as follows ...
F6 - Th|xxx'xxx|
Bb6 - Th|xxx'xxx|F/C
G6 - Th|xoo|xxo|Eb
C7 - Th|xoo|xoo|Eb
for G6 to A6 then chromatic up to C7, you could try ...
G6 - Th|xoo|xxo|Eb
A6 - Th|oxx|ooo
Bb6 - Th|oxo|ooo ~OR~ Th|xxx'xxx|F/C
B6 - Th|xxo|xxo|Eb
C6 - Th|xoo|xoo|Eb

I use a Giggliotti Maestro P34 mouthpiece, vandoren reeds 3.5-4, I sadly do not have a decent clarinet... I have a plastic student vito clarinet, and a wood student Artley clarinet. Everyone else in my band has like a R13 and if possible for my senior recital I can use one of theirs.
Also there is a 3 octave gliss in Guisganderie and from watching the video the guy seems to go chromatic from F3 to about F5 then a portamento (?) to F6, any tips on the portamento? I have a really long time till my senior recital.
About me: My family hasn't been that blessed when it comes to money so I don't have a great horn and I've never actually taken any private lessons. I manage to get in wind ensemble my freshman year and since then I've stayed with the band program and loving it more each year getting better. In the summer before my junior year (last summer) I moved to Eden prairie, MN which has a wonderful band and given my in school lessons which has helped a lot. I really would love to play Guisganderie for my senior recital (if I can pull it off)

If the C7 is flat you can add the throat Ab key to bring the pitch up:
RTAb|xoo|xoo|Eb
Also, a good way to practice the gliss is by using your tongue position to slur between overtones.
