 Program Notes for Shostakovich Flute & Clarinet Waltzes

I'm going to play these in a recital this month, but I can't find any decent program notes. Does anyone have any color on these? (BTW: If you haven't heard them, check them out on YouTube. They're fun and just challenging enough to be interesting.)
