I got something I need help with. I just ordered a Bundy. It came in the mail today.
I don't like the E/B lever's range. It barely goes down. It feels weird and gives me mental anguish just pressing it and it not be as fluid as my usual clarinet's E/B lever.
What's causing it? How can I fix it?

Maybe the key is bent? This is really pretty much a non-starter for anyone who isn't actually able to see the instrument.

Sometimes the two pin screws that hold the rod are fastened too much and the rod is binding. Plus, there may be a piece of (silencing) cork have gone astray and now obstructs the lever's range.
You don't say whether it's the E/B on either side, or just eg the LH lever that worries you.
A photo might help, with red arrows pointing to where it hurts. Else remote diagnoses are next to impossible.

Well... I specified the E/B lever, not key. I generally say lever when I'm referring to the LH E/B, and refer to the RH E/B as a key.
I did some leak checking, and there's a leak in the Eb/Ab key pad, E/B pad, and C#/F# pad.
What screws do I need to tighten/loosen?

pad height wrong, key cork thickness off, bent key, several other possiblities. we'd have to see it to tell. too bad you're on the wrong end of the state, i fix stuff like this all the time. drive to dallas, lol, or , take it to a local repair tech.

I will avoid the sarcastic reply... 
There are exceptions (e.g. headless screws), but generally all screws need to be tightened all the way. If they cause a key to bind when tightened there is a problem. Loosening them can be a band aid but really better to deal with the problem.
But this is most likely a different issue than the leaking pads. These need to be adjusted or possible replaced and adjusted.
The issue of the E/B lever moving very little is probably another different one. Maybe the key is bent to low, etc. Not exactly possible to know without seeing it or a much more detailed explanation.
It is best to bring the clarinet to a good repairer.
