 Schneider basset horn concerto #2

I have been enjoying playing the basset horn concerto #1 (actually written for the alto clarinet of Muller's) on both the alto and bass clarinet and was wondering if the concerto #2 Op. 105 was also available anywhere. It would certainly add to potential alto clarinet concertos.
