 Buffet mouthpiece facing???

I play on a buffet mouthpiece, (the ones that come with the instrument) and i was just curious if anyone knew what the facing/ measurments of it are?? i googled it and looked around but didnt have any luck at finding it.

I won't go into small detail but the general specs are:
110 tip opening (043")
Medium facing.

It's fairly close to the Vandoren B44 model in tip opening and facing, they generally play poorly.
