Need recommendation for a technician for Leblanc clarient

I have a pre-1964 Dynamic 2 Leblanc clarinet that's in good condition. However, it needs same pad and cork work and possibly other minor repairs. Any recommendation for a excellent technician on the West Coast (central Calif)?

Often you will be better off going to a local tech instead of shipping your clarinet off to one of the more well known techs. Going the local route usually affords you the opportunity to work with the tech on dialing in the final setup so that it will be to your personal preferences and not just what the technician thinks is best.
