 Stravinsky 3 Pieces (again)

II Mvt, 3rd line fron the bottom, low G, 4 notes before the last septuplet (4 regular notes, not counting grace notes). ¿Is this an eighth or a sixteenth? The Nicholas Hare edition has a 16th but I don't trust this edition because there are too many errors.

I have both the old and new (revised 1993) Chester editions, and it's always an eight.
