What is so special about the profile88 mouthpieces by Vandoren,I mean I know that there is a lower angle of the beak of the mouthpiece but what is so great about it?

I've heard that its for people with small mouths...like me and my big mouth (still fits the foot easily).

Some but not all people merely find them more comfortable. More comfort generally leads to less stress and better playing. More comfort also encourages more practice.
