What do you do when you have scheduled a rhehearsal and a person shows up (with her husband) who sits in like she belongs, messes up the songs, and -----

Oh gad I wasted a whole afternoon. HOW do you tell her (him) this don't work?

Gonna need more context for this one.

If it's a random person who's not a part of the group, some "Excuse me, who are you and what are you doing??" would be in order.

Whatever the context, "I don't want to sound rude, but could you please wait outside (or at least near a wall) while we work? Sorry." would work.

"Where do YOU work? I'm looking for something to do tomorrow."

"Mind if I scrub in with you on your next case? You're clearly a brain surgeon."

"What part of P**S off need I explain?"

-OR-

Close up your case and wait until they leave.

Me, I like to stumble over their stand and scatter the charts.
