Where can I get the Prokofiev Flute Sonata Transcription?

Does anyone know where I can purchase the transcription (by Kent Kennan) of Prokofiev's Flute Sonata Op. 94? Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much - I was only spelling Prokofiev with a "v" and they spell their's with an "f."

Just a side note- you might want to take a look at a violin or flute part. Kennan altered quite a bit of things to make it playable on clarinet. While most of these changes are good, there are a few than do not work too well.
