 Ridenour Lyrique purchase?

I've been reading about all the great reviews for the Lyrique Bb and A clarinets for quite a while and have now decided to test out a set to see how they play (compared to the Leblanc Cadenza, which I will also be testing).

Does anyone know where I can actually purchase these clarinets though? I haven't been able to find any such links or forms on Tom Ridenour's website. Also, does anyone know approximately how long it takes for the clarinet to go from order time to reception time? Thanks.
