Morning, All...
I had the amazing experience of the keywork of my upper joint of my Festival coming off in a rehearsal of Tchaikowsky's Romeo and Juliet two nights ago. I searched frantically for the missing screw - but to no avail. I would love to know if there is an outlet to buy replacement screws for Buffet clarinets. Any thoughts?

Is that the point screw?
The threads are so short on these since they've fitted the plastic 'lock' that there's very little purchace inside the pillar, and if they do move then they're very likely to fall out and disappear never to be found.
Windcraft in the UK carry spares if you don't have any luck elswhere, but I'm sure there are Buffet specialists where you are that carry these.
