do some of you play this type of clarinet ?

What are the experiences with the altissimo register ?
( to thin , out-of-tune scale, perfect intonation, adjecent notes of different tone color with standard altissimo fingerings etc )

And which mouthpiece do you use ?

My problem is a stuffy F and a G thatdiffers much in tone color from the other notes around it .
