 Clarinet Music

Hey Folks,
One of my projects during my time spent "sheltering-in" has been to make available as much of my music as possible. I am doing this through the online site SHEET MUSIC PLUS PRESS. Realizing that this is probably not the most opportune time to be offering ensemble music, nonetheless below is a list of what I have for clarinet - solo, duet, trio, quintet, etc. This music may be ordered and will be sent as PDFs which you may print on your set-up at home or office. Maybe something here will be of interest...

CRUCIFIXUS - solo clarinet - written to be used at church or as a recital piece

EIGHT BAGATELLES FOR FLUTE, CLARINET, AND BASSOON - each movement ca. 2-3 minutes in length

CHORALE PRELUDE ON "Joseph Lieber, Joseph Mein" - clarinet & organ.

DIVERTIMENTO FOR TWO CLARINETS - six movements, challenging.

SACRED HARP TRIPTYCH - clarinet, violin and cello based on Sacred Harp hymn tunes

SWEET SWINGIN' SUITE - commissioned and recorded by the Argot Trio on the Centaur label (CRC 3540) - clarinet, violin, and piano

SPIRITUALS (8) - clarinet and piano - church or recital

GREY DECEMBER RAG - short ragtime number for clarinet and piano

SERENADE FOR CLARINET IN A AND STRING QUARTET - 5 movements - major work for this combination

A COLLECTION OF CRITTERS - solo clarinet - 10 short movements that may be played as an accompaniment to poetry for two readers or simply as a solo piece

THREE BAGATELLES - 2 clarinets

Jim- there are a lot people with YouTube channels - perhaps you could find a few to record & upload the 2nd parts (or ensemble parts etc...) and link to the music so that people could buy & then have virtual music making partners.

I'll surely look into this. Thanks.

Sure thing! I think it would be a win-win. You could spread it around so each could 'feature' someone else. It would help them with clicks. And - it would be a way for everyone who is sorely missing collaborative music making (but not tech savvy enough to do the whole project putting things together themselves). I'm coming back to regular playing after a long time of other (still musical) things and have really appreciated: Mike Lowenstern's duets, Color the Piano (piano accompaniments for solo lit) and the latest - István Kohán's warm-ups (duets). If you're seriously considering I'd take a look at how those are set-up. I don't know what Kohán's sales rate is but they're a lot of fun!
