Just use the C# key with your left pinky on the A after using the G# key with your right one.
But the most important, as Norman said, is the voicing.
You can practice this exercise : on the fingering of a low C, without moving your fingers, try to play low C, then G just above the staff, then high E, high A, altissimo C#, only varying the size of the cavity of your throat. A good way to succeed is doing that with no tonguing at all, blowing like "HA" each note after another.
You can do that based on other notes, for example : low C#, G# juste above the staff, high F, high Bb...
