Trill to "open" C#, i.e. left hand first finger, an overblown chalumeau F#. That only involves two fingers! The C# can be a bit flat, but as long as you do it fast enough, it shouldn't be noticeable. If it IS an issue, try adding the right hand fork or the G#/D# pinky key, if it doesn't make the A too sharp.
