I have a question about a fingering in a piece I'm playing for the spring concert at my school. It's a trill(or whatever the technical term for it is) between an A above the staff to a C sharp, back and forth, as if it was a trill. Traditional fingerings don't work for this, since they require you to move about five fingers back and forth at once repeatedly. Not even our director could tell us how to finger this. So, how will it work?

I'm just a guy who likes music. :) Also, this is my signature.
