Actually, the Ukrainian Zholomiha and the Croatian Dvojnice are the same instrument. There are 4 holes for the left hand and 3 holes for the right. I do not know the fingerings, but have watched several YouTube videos of people playing. Search on the word Dvojnice or Dvojnica. You will see that people are playing the melody with one hand and using a kind of drone like accompaniment technique with the other.
