This really does point to a leak on the pinky F# - is the pad really seating well with even pressure all round when checked with a feeler? Does the spring on the pinky F# touch the hinge tube of the key anywhere? Does the key operate freely when the spring is not attached to the key?

You can get funny effects on random notes from leaks much higher up an instrument. Is the wing joint sealing well? Is there a leak on the ring key pad on the butt joint?

Good luck. Ian
