 Carnazzi Clarinet

First, I have no knowledge of clarinets....I picked up a clarinet marked P. Carnazzi and under that is 'Allesand....I could not make out the letters. It is wooden and quite old. It is 23" in length. Could anyone give me any info on this clarinet. Thanks....it is listed on ebay if you want to see a picture.
