 Berthiot clarinet-are/were they any good?

Hi,
I was given a wooden clarinet that says "Berthiot Paris" on all parts.
The clarinet is in so bad shape that I'd like to find out if it's worth even trying to fix it.
The lower 4 keys do not move, there are some broken springs. Rusty screws too.
Looking inside the bore, it seems OK but the tone holes look straight to me, not undercut.
I once restored/fixed a clarinet for a band mate that was in similar condition after some water damage, but that was an R13.

If it is not worth fixing, I will give it to someone who can use it for parts.
Thanks
