I am seeking the post with the hole for the needle spring. A long shot but this has to be the best place to ask.

New posts aren’t specifically listed on their website, but Dawkes carry parts (see https://www.dawkes.co.uk/spare-parts/clarinet/boosey-and-hawkes), are generally helpful, and may have something suitable in their workshop.

If your Emperor is silver-plated then the same post from a 926 or Edgware will work.

That's a short pillar if you mean the RH3 B/F# 'sliver' key - the same pillar from a Regent/Series 1-10 right up to a 1010 will be the same besides the plating.
