Clarinetfest 2019

I'd like to go to Clarinetfest in Knoxville Tennessee this coming spring 2019. I can't find any information on how much it costs to attend. Is a membership to the International Clarinet Association necessary to attend or what is the general cost other than hotel costs to attend? I've moved to Apison Tennessee. just outside of Chattanooga and this seems like a perfect opportunity for a road trip to the Fest.

I think if you go for the full show you need to "join" the Clarinet Society, but that gets you a full year of the publication too.

I was (and will be this year) right by the show in 2017 and paid just $10.00 to rifle through the vendor exhibit one afternoon. So you can pay for isolated events if you're close by and just really want to see one or two particular events.
