Hi, I'm an oboe player and just began playing clarinet. The clarinet I'm currently using didn't come with a swab, but of course I have oboe swabs. Will using an oboe swab clean the clarinet well enough even though it may be smaller at least temporarily? Or should I get a clarinet swab as soon as possible? Thanks you!

Swabs are not expensive, not even the silk ones. Look at the inside of the bore after you swabbed the clarinet twice with the oboe swap. Does it look like you swabbed out the moisture, or does the bore still look too wet?
Whatever you choose, don't forget the tenons and sockets too.

Oboe pullthroughs are too narrow to be of much use on clarinet as the oboe top joint bore is under 4mm at its narrowest as opposed to a clarinet bore which is 14.6mm-15.2+mm. Clarinet pullthroughs are typically a large square of cotton or other absorbent fabric with a weighted cord or tape sewn to it and readily available.
And when drying the sockets, use a piece of kitchen towel or tissue paper for this instead of the same pullthrough used in the bore.
