I received my THIRD copy of Peter Hadcock'so Orchestral Excerpts for the E Flat Clarinet from Groth Music. Evidently Roncorp still didn't get it right.

However I smell a fourth edition, just based on the first page!

Symphonie Fantastique, mvt 5. All off the grace notes are slurred to the principal note, right? According to this new edition, each of the grace notes AND the note after them are articulated (from measure 15 on).

There are slurs in the IMSLP part I have, and pretty sure the slurs are correct.

I will try to compile and errata sheet or two and post here.

Got me thinking. I have the First Edition original. Let me dig it out to see.

Ken:

The notation is correct in the 2nd edition, but wrong in the third. Go figure.
