 Downsides to a single piece wooden upper and lower joint?

i have came across a full boehm clarinet that i might buy in the future but it is a single piece at the upper and lower joint instead of being 2 pieces. what are the disadvantages to this?

You won't be able to pull out at the middle for tuning purposes.

All this talk of pulling out the middle tenon - if you've got a full Boehm with separate joints you just wouldn't do that anyway.

And some regular clarinets won't allow you to do that as the middle tenon is so short as that will only cause it to rock or the lower joint to come adrift - Selmer 10S for example have a very short middle tenon.

The main downside is finding a case for it where the barrel and bell are separated and also should it crack or encounter serious damage, the whole body tube will need to be replaced if it's irreparable.

There are cases made for one piece clarinets (Rossi, etc.) but they're not full Boehms, so the cases won't accommodate the extra length of the lower end of the single piece body joint.
