Music by Carl Davis--can anyone who may have played his orchestral accompaniment for the silent film tell me what clarinets it is scored for??

There's something called the "Live Cinema Catalogue," that lists the various silent scores by Carl Davis. Here's a slightly-hard-to enlarge one, but it may tell you what you need about "Speedy":

Scored for 18 players total; the three clarinets have various sax doubles, with a little bit of fl (for one of them) and bcl (for one of them); no double reeds (there's a separate "dedicated" bassoonist, apparently).

If this is BJSO, I'll be on the gig too (though not in WW section)!

Yup, BJSO--here's your link made "clickable", thanks.
