 Mystery Selmer bass identification
Author: Ken Rasmussen
Date:   2000-10-10 01:52

I'm having a Selmer bass clarinet that plays to low C shipped to me so I can examine it. It is not identified as to what model it is. I presume that I can get the approximate date of manufacture from the serial number--I've already located a web site that gives that information. It must be a professional model, or it would not have the extended range. My question is: What are the models that it could be, and when were those models produced? Thanks for your help.
